Introduction	My name is Mike. I am a Catholic living in Hazard, Kentucky (though I am originally from Belleville, Illinois, a suburb of St. Louis on the Illinois side of the Mississippi). I am a convert to Catholicism from a fundamentalist Baptist background, and Jesus Christ is the most important person in my life.
Interests	sports (Cardinals/Rams/Blues are my favorite sports teams), baseball in particular. Also, reading, writing, Internet.
Favorite Movies	Ben-Hur, Miracle, Field of Dreams, Quo Vadis, The Detective, The Passion of the Christ
Favorite Music	Country, U2, Collin Raye, Dion DiMucci, Leesha Harvey
Favorite Books	My favorite is the Bible. My favorite authors include Mark Shea, C.S. Lewis, Fulton Sheen, Augustine, John Henry Cardinal Newman, Thomas Howard, and Dale Price, among others. (Though Dale Price has not written any books, but does have a great blog: dprice.blogspot.com) As for my favorite author of all, though....guess! :-)
