| Introduction | Hi there, I am a stay at home mom of four. I love to study about food, nutrition and health. I prefer to make as much as I can from scratch and grow our own when we are able. I believe in buying local and teaching the children how to preserve it. I have started culturing a lot of my own foods as well. We have a small farm and learn so much with each passing day. I am blessed beyond measure to be living this life. |
