Introduction	I'm 59 years old and have ambitions to be a writer. So far I have had several readers' letters published in a variety of magazines and one short story. During 2011 I hope to increase my writing output and achieve more publishing credits. I would love to be the author of the next blockbuster - either fiction or non-fiction.
Interests	Varied - include reading; writing and lazing around
Favorite movies	Notting Hill, Oh! what a lovely war, Evita, Ice Age, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille - about a rat who learns to cook.
Favorite music	Classics especially Handel and Bach
Favorite books	Donna Leon, Dorothy Dunnett, John Mortimer
