| Introduction | If you're reading this you're probably already my friend so you shouldn't need to read this section... I grew up in western MD but moved to delaware in January to start my kickass hospice music therapy job. Why delaware? That's what I would have said too...guess you never know where life is going to take you! It's just like MD except without the sales tax which is pretty sweet. I like to call it "little MD." Also, it's within a small radius of all kinds of fun places like philly, the beach, bmore, and NYC. I try to take each day as it comes and take advantage of what comes my way! I am pretty easy-going, genuine and down to earth. I love to laugh and I love my friends, they are the world to me. I love just hanging out and talking or being silly and I try not to take anything for granted. Also, music is basically my life. As if you couldn't guess that already. |
| Interests | hmm...singing, dancing, playing guitar (though it's not my strong point...), laughing, analyzing things, picking things apart, spending time with friends, talking, taking walks, really anything that involves music (especially seeing live music), road trips, the beach |
| Favorite movies | Donnie Darko, Boondock Saints, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Closer, Mean Girls, Garden State, The Weatherman, Primal Fear, The Shining |
| Favorite music | this list could go forever...led zeppelin, hot hot heat, the shins, red hot chili peppers, our lady peace, the blow, ok go, the fratellis, imogen heap, regina spektor, aerosmith, mika, ben folds, rufus wainwright, fiona apple, guster, the rolling stones, the doors, better than ezra, modest mouse, johnny cash, nickel creek, talking heads, cake...not to mention a billion musicals...basically anything written by jason robert brown, stephen sondheim, danny elfman, or mark mothersbaugh |
| Favorite books | i don't read books much...i really liked The Cider House Rules, The Great Gatsby, and The Girl's Guide to Hunting and Fishing...oh and Dr. Russell Hilliard's book Music Therapy in Hospice and Palliative Care was a great read and immensely helpful in beginning my job! |
Radio wire is often used to make bird nests. What station do they listen to?
what kind of a question is this?? if they are smart birds they would listen to sirius satellite radio because its the best thing that's ever happened to radio since...music. but they probably couldn't afford the subscription since well....they're birds and all.
