| Introduction | I'm the mom to seven (now nine!)wonderful children, three (five!) of whom we adopted from Eastern Europe in the summer of 2010 (&2011). We're currently in the process of returning to that orphanage to bring home a 4th little sweetheart, Lesia. (and surprised ourselves by also adopting a 5 y/o boy from the same orphanage ;) I hope you'll follow along as we start this wonderfully exciting, scary, joyful process again. (Thank you to all of you who followed along, prayed and offered encouragement!)We learned a few things the first time around. But that's not to say it will be easy. (And it wasn't.)But you know, and I know, that it will be so worth it! (And it WAS!!!) This blog is now just about life, being a big(ish)family, Down syndrome, hiv, limb differences, teenagers, and maintaining your marriage and sanity through it all.
