| Introduction | My name is Amy. I have been married to the most wonderful man in the world since 2008. We have blended our families and together we have five children. I have been teaching preschool aged children at a developmental day center for over twelve years now. This means that I work in an inclusive classroom with children with varying levels of needs. There are eighteen children in my current class. About half of the children in my class are diagnosed as having some sort of developmental delay. I love working with children and the challenge of finding ways to teach everyone in a way that meets each child's individual needs. The purpose of this blog is to be able to have a place to post new ideas, thoughts and activities so that others may use these resources as well as sharing resources they find useful as a teacher. |
