Introduction	I grew up in North Louisiana a bit of tomboy and a bit of brainy girl. My brothers and I were always in the woods around our house building forts and pretending that we were in a magical forest. I was intrigued by the idea of all winged creatures like angels, fairies, and sprites. I wanted all fantasy creatures to be real, and I wanted to be the only one to see them. Mermaids, unicorns, little forest people and of course, fairies with small sacks of magic dust. And somewhere along the way, I found real magic in dragonflies, the same way someone would in fireflies. However, where fireflies all seem to look alike, every dragonfly appears unique. So, I can imagine them each living very unique lives, like we do.
