Introduction	I am a lawyer. I maintain a small, private practice, concentrating, almost exclusively, in chapter 11 corporate reorganizations. I've been in practice for 20 years. I also teach legal writing skills at a well-known New York area law school. I have written several articles concerning bankruptcy issues. I am an amateur Egyptophile. I am studying Buddhism. I have two wonderful cats. I am eclectic. I like fireworks, teddy bears, gadgets, and lots of other things.
