| Introduction | Remember when we were kids and would sit around talking about what we were going to be like when we grew up? Welcome to that time which used to be the future! We all age. Not much choice in the matter. Well okay there is a choice but not a good one! So how do we do it? Do we go quietly into that goodnight or do we start kicking and screaming? Is there a middle road?
