| Introduction | Francisca Mujawase is a Rwandan statistician specializing in Social Protection Financing and Security studies. She works as the Acting Director at The Dallaire Institute for Children, Peace and Security, African Centre of Excellence. Prior to joining The DI, she worked for the Economic Policy Research Institute (EPRI) as the Senior Evaluation Specialist. She also served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor for USAID funded project and Programme Officer at The International Labor Office in Kigali. In addition, Francisca worked on several consulting assignments focusing on research methods for national level and corporate impact assessments. She has a master’s degree in social protection financing from the University of Mauritius, a diploma in the same academic background from the International training center for ILO in Turin, Italy, a bachelor in Applied Statistics from the University of Rwanda and an executive Diploma on Security Sector Reform from the European Security and Defence Studies in Austria |
