| Introduction | I am Beck. Trying to sum up my life in this short paragraph is harder than I expected. I started blogging when my first foster brother Aidan was removed from our home in what was one of the hardest experiences of my life. I am a social worker and a foster sister, passionate about orphans and adoption, and hoping to one day make a difference in our foster care system. I've left my heart in Uganda three times, and some day I will buy a one way ticket. I want to make the world a better place and sometimes, trusting God and being patient is a real tough thing, but I am learning. These are my thoughts and my stories as I live this thing we call life. |
