| Introduction | I got married. Yup! I tied the knot on July 16, 2011. My husband's name is Josh Perko. He is an engineer at Cat, and he is perhaps my biggest fan. It is tough deciding between Josh and my parents. We spend a week in Jamaica and had a blast zip lining, kayaking, and playing a lot of beach volleyball. I continue to attend Northwoods Community Church, and I volunteer as a Sunday School teacher there. My faith is an important part of my life, and I find that Pastor Cal gives me practical ways to be Christ's ambassador to the many kids who cross my path each day. I coach softball here, and I enjoy showing the kids how the lessons we learn on the field can be seen in their everyday lives as well. I love to work out, read, write, and do anything outdoors. |

| Favorite books | I have TOO many favorite books and authors to list them all! But if I had to choose one right now it would be Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. I met John Updike once which was really cool! Books are a huge part of my life. |
