Introduction A pastry chef rediscovers the joy of baking. A 1990 blue ribbon graduate of The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) Pastry Arts Program. I've owned my own baking business and catered on the East End of Long Island for over 20 years. A wife, caregiver, mom to two sons and two rescues dogs.
