| Introduction | I am a healthcare professional whose interests are in infectious disease and global public health. More specifically, however, my passion is a group of diseases called neglected tropical diseases. Basically, if it's a worm, bug, parasite, virus, or bacteria that causes diseases in humans, I probably find it fascinating - especially if it's a neglected!
I've been lucky enough to travel and live in a few different places around the world. I'm currently in the midst of finishing working on a Chagas disease project in Peru and heading off soon to Europe, where exactly is yet to be determined... Stick around though, it's sure to be an adventure and I look forward ot sharing it with you! |
