| Introduction | Harbor Homestead & Co. is a small home furnishings store and design services firm based in Huntington, New York. It was established by my Mom, Mary Schlotter, and I after years of encouragement from family and friends to take our creative design talents to the next level. Harbor Homestead's philosophy is that a beautiful home can be created on a budget with ideas and furnishings that are both unique and inexpensive. We specialize in vintage and reclaimed pieces that add that special charm to your home. We draw inspiration (and some of our products) from what is all around us - the beaches and bays of the North Shore of Long Island.
