Favorite movies	In this order: Braveheart, Casablanca, Godfathers I&II, Bladerunner, The Empire Strikes Back, The Incredibles. The Lives of Others was the best movie of 2007 closely followed by Pan's Labryinth.
Favorite music	J.S. Bach is the master. Then comes The Beatles, then comes James Last, and then a whole lot of other stuff. I was raised on Chicago and Michael W. Smith - that stuff is old hat and warm.
Favorite books	The Bible ungracefully makes all other books look like cheap posers. I shout out for Harry Potter. The books rock and will stand up there with Narnia, or any seriously good kids' series. Uh Steinbeck is good. What little I've read of Chaim Potok was fabulous. Tolkien was crazy. Completely crazy. Hemmingway is overrated. I prefer content over substance and a good blend makes for the best books.
