FitFaith | I marvel at the idea of being one entity, yet being such a complex entity. The idea that I exist in one body, but that this body has many different aspects that gives it shape and definition. I put on clothes in an attempt to diminish certain spots and workout to show off other spots. I am shy, yet a spitfire. I am quick, and curious and playful and strong. I was fat, and slow, and unhappy and weak and hopeless. The purpose of this website is to offer encouragement, food for thought, workout ideas and to tell you that the number that you see on the scale is simply your relationship with gravity. That number doesn’t define you, nor will you ever find happiness in that number alone. My story will hopefully highlight the good, embrace the bad, have empathy for the sad and brokenhearted, and hopefully encouragement for the weak. I am creative, joyous, and compassionate. I believe in dreams and the power of dedication to those dreams. My soul will never be satisfied in the world, but I choose to exist fully while I am here. I laugh too often and take things too serious. I am a wanderer yet planted exactly where I am supposed to be. I am learning how to steward compassion and embrace Jesus.
