| Introduction | In 2002, I began my career in health. Starting as a Cardiac Clinical Physiologist in Dublin's St Vincent's University Hospital, I soon branched into teaching by qualifying as a trainer in Basic and Advanced Life Support. In 2006, I achieved a National Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness whilst still working as a cardiac physiologist, starting my career in fitness. I followed this with qualifications in Pilates Matwork from the NTC, Fit for Life- Lifestyle Management with University of Limerick, Training and Education with the NUI and a Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Further to this, I also achieved a Level 1 certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy. I believe that education is the key to success for both myself and my clients and I strive to keep myself informed of current research and training trends. |
| Interests | Swimming, cycling, running, riding my horses, yoga, walking and talking with friends - anything that gets me outdoors, I love! I am an avid believer in the wealth of life experience - I love trying new things and setting challenges outside my comfort zone. |
