| Introduction | I consider writing my trip reports like scrapbooking. I like to remember my trips in detail, as well as the food! My vacation itinerary is usually based upon what restaurant I'm going to. I pick the restaurants first, the sights to see later. After a visit to New York City in 2008 which took me one year to plan the restaurants, I came home with not one picture of the food and almost no scenery shots either. I decided I needed to find a way to do better. This blog is it! I take many more pictures now... I hope my reports can help fellow travelers in that they find some useful information in them.
