| Introduction | I'm a wife to the most amazing man I've ever met who is also my soulmate. I'm a triathlete, runner and ironman. I've been competing for over 10 years however my passion to compete has become a big focus in my life these past two years as I've jumped to ironman distance racing and I'm chasing the ever elusive kona slot! I'm also a doctor of physical therapy and love working with sports and orthopedics, particularly with runners and triathletes. Every patient I encounter is a puzzle and helping people heal and return to their lives and sports is very rewarding to me. I love to travel and be a student of life. Experiencing different cultures and ways of life opens windows to the human experience that enriches your life and changes the very fabric of your being. I hope you enjoy my reflections on life :) |
