| Introduction | I am a single mom of two children. I work full time outside of the home. My goal is to change my lifestyle to be healthier for me and my children. I am doing this by changing our eating habits. We are eating healthier foods and trying to stop eating at night. I am also going to introduce physical activity to our lives.
