Introduction	At this point in my life I am tired of being FAT and UNHEALTHY. Since I have gained so much weight, I now have Asthma, Sleep Apnea, High Blood Pressure, and High Cholestrol. So I am determined to lose my weight via Surgery, healthy eating and exercise to regain my life and become a happier and healthier me. To do so I have to change the way I eat, the way I think of food and my lack of exercise. THIS WILL BE A COMPLETE MAKE OVER FOR ME. I decided to create a blog to follow me on my weight loss journey and healthy eating change. So it begins.
