| Introduction | I believe everyone has a passion for something in life. They have a talent. A fervor. They have something which inspires the very life in them. For me, that passion is cooking. Not just any plain cooking though. It’s a “jump up and smack your mama” gourmet cooking! I love being able to be a blessing to someone by serving them a satisfying and scrumptious feast made just for them. A feast made with passion and love is sooo rewarding! Everyone loves a challenge, right? For me, I enjoy the challenge when it comes to cooking. I get an adrenaline rush when hoping, praying that the blood, sweat and tears poured into my work reveals a delectable accomplishment. All in all, my goal, my aspiration, is to be an accomplished chef, not through schooling or expensive culinary programs, but through personal experience.
