Introduction	This blog is a way for interested parties to keep up with my perpetually altering situation and allows me to share pictures, thoughts and adventurous tales as I travel through life as a wildlife biologist.
Interests	WHITE SOX BASEBALL!!, chasing reptiles, camping, hiking and getting salty, occasional artistic endeavors, being silly on a regular basis
Favorite movies	Two all-time favorites are Forrest Gump and the Shawshank Redemption...then there's a wide range of favorites including V for Vendetta, the Star Wars series, LOTR, Kevin Smith, Quentin Tarantino and Mel Brooks films, movies with Bruce Willis in them, and kung-fu comedies.
Favorite music	oh a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of blues
Favorite books	I've read way too many good books to really get into this. I will say "the God Delusion" and "Life of Pi" are two favorites of mine along with many a wildlife/ecology book
