Introduction	I am a writer, teacher, and performer. I was a single parent for almost six years raising two incredible boys. I recently married an amazing man who happened to share my last name. (No, we are NOT related except by marriage!) We are the "brady bunch" complete with a mighty big van, a quirky yet divine log cabin, and lots of farm life around us. All of these things are gifts from God. Glory to God in the highest! I have been writing a column for KidsLife magazine since August 2006; this blog consists of those articles.

Favorite Music	anything that you can swing dance or two step to! Don't hate me because I love old 70s and 80s music.
Favorite Books	The Bible; books by Don Miller, Angela Thomas, Phillip Yancey; The Far Side, Calvin and Hobbes, coloring books : )
