| Introduction | I am Sylvia Koshkarian of Lebanese Nationality and Armenian Origin. I know Armenian, Arabic and English. I hold a B.A. and Teaching Diploma in English Language and Literature from the Lebanese University and I am currently continuing my M.A in Education with an emphasis on Technology. I have been teaching for 6 years now various kinds of classes: Remedial English, Academic reading and writing, TOEFL to students from Different faculties like Nursing, Dental prosthetics, Physical Therapy and Advertising. I also teach ESP courses to Nursing faculty and Law and Political & Administrative Sciences. To become the kind of instructor I have always wanted to be, I have been trying to educate my students not only to use the English language in their classrooms but rather enjoy its usage in their daily lives. I always tell my students that a language acquisition starts only after acquiring an idea about the cultures of the countries where English is used as their main Language. So keep this in your mind while studying any language. |
