| Introduction | I'm a southerner by birth, a northerner by choice, and currently live in the midlands! I spent 17 years with the Lancashire Police and 3 years at Hillsong College, Australia - both experiences shaped my life in many ways. I now work with Next Level International as a Regional Manager, helping to facilitate effective ministry (Leadership Development, Church Planting and Short-term missions) in Eastern Europe. Going on mission in Europe had a profound impact on my life, and opened the door to what I'm doing now. I love mobilising people on mission and seeing people fulfil their God-given potential. The spiritual climate in Europe needs to change and we all have our part to play. |
