| Introduction | I have found a home away from home in NEPA. My husband, Michael, is my soulmate, best friend, and better half. Both of us are transplants here, so we've worked hard to create a warm, loving atmosphere that is a home for each other and our son. In addition, my passion and experience continue to drive my career in higher education, where I yearn to inspire at least one student as much as I was inspired by so many teachers throughout my life. My research focuses on leadership and psychological safety. |
