| Introduction | I have a regular office job, by the time I get home it’s already around 7 or 8pm! Obviously, I don’t have much time to prepare FANCY meals everyday… I am in my late 20s and I am single, it’s difficult to purchase/prepare food for just one person. I used to make too much food at once, and having leftover sitting around will only make me want to eat more …! Or a lot of times it goes to waste because I cooked TOO much food at once. I have a daughter, she’s a shih tzu, raising a dog isn’t easy and it’s not CHEAP at all!!! I am a frugal grocery shopper, but still need to keep my TUMMY & WALLET happy.
