| Introduction | My name is Katie, I am a vegetarian who loves to cook and try out new ideas, gadgets and books in the kitchen! I also love to write, so hopefully this blog will bring together these interests in a positive way that is interesting and fun for my readers (please, let me have some readers, please!!). I have been veggie since I was a young child, and am now 31, so have plenty of years' experience of eating and cooking vegetarian food.
