Introduction	My name is Rachel and I'm a typical 20-something year old, for the most part. I've lived in California for about 7 years, and I love it here! I love to read and write, although I don't do either as much as I would like. I love the color pink. I like cows, snow, driving through the country with absolutely no purpose, lightning bugs on a summer evening, visiting family in Tennessee, Grande Peppermint White Mochas from Starbucks at Christmastime, the Starbucks Christmas boxes stacked up in the stores in November, the smell of an oncoming thunderstorm and the air right after the storm is over, the smell of freshly mowed grass, chocolate chip cookies. I am quiet, I am a talker, I ramble, I have a horrible memory, I like to tell stories, I am a walking contradiction. I can't ever tell you what restaurant I want to go to, but I can always tell you where I don't want to go...after you've suggested it. I like visiting Apple Hill in the fall - eating Apple Hill caramel apples and bringing back Pink Lady apples from the trip. I get chatty and inquisitive around 2:00 in the morning.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

If anything, I think spoons came from forks. It seems to me that a fork would be easier to make than a spoon, and initially more necessary for eating than a spoon.
