| Introduction | Having been an international judo competitor for many years and now a coach and mentor I get a kick out of sharing and helping to inspire others, whether that is through judo or something else. I feel I'm always learning as well. i never quite feel settled anywhere so have bounced around quite a lot and will probably always be a bit bouncy.
