| Introduction | NICE BOOK CLUB is a non-profit organization that provides alternative learning system by lending out books and other educational materials and providing learning and recreational activities to entrepreneurs, community leaders and development workers, students, mentors, parents, children and the youth. The club believes that it is only by providing the right education that the poor will be able to win the battle against poverty, corruption, environmental degradation, distorted values, and selfish paradigms. Reading topics and activity subjects include entrepreneurship and financial literacy, leadership, time management, customer service, marketing, communication, community organizing and institutional development, networking, psychology, parenting, physical fitness, mentoring, story-telling and real life experiences, among others. Book authors and writers include John Maxwell, Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield, Zig Ziglar, Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Roger Fritz, Gary Zukav, Bo Sanchez, Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Spencer Johnson, just to name a few. |
