Introduction	Since 2006, I have been cooking whatever my partner brings home from the farmer's market where he works as a vendor for Happy Boy. Much of it is Happy Boy produce, but a lot of it is from trades he's made with other farms. It's fun to figure out what to do with all that produce. I really enjoy cooking, baking, and grilling. When I need guidance, I turn to my favorite cooks: Alice Waters and Judy Rogers.
