| Introduction | Born and raised in The Philippines, studied and lived in the USA for 30+years. Worked mainly in Food and Beverage Industry in California and New York City. Worked in the Luxury Hotel Industry in New York City which was my last job prior to the recession of 2009 which took me back to the "old country".
