Introduction	I am the High School Principal at Midland Christian School in Midland, TX, I serve as the Leadership Development Manager for The Crucible Project a men's ministry dedicated to helping men live lives of integrity, purpose, passion, and power for the Kingdom of Christ, and I am President of Growth Resources Consulting and Coaching where I am a Management, Leadership, and Christian Life Coach. I have been married to Kathy Since 1993. I have three children: A son Reed 22, and two daughters Brailyn 19, and Taite 15. I am active in my local church serving in multiple ways.
