| Introduction | The Lord is central in my life. I can't believe how incredibly patient and long-suffering He is toward me! Without Him I'm sure I would have given up long ago because of the various trials I've encountered. However, with the Lord, every heartache and suffering is not in vain - He promises to work all things together for good. In this way He brings Himself glory. That's why we must see these things as opportunities. Yes, God-ordained opportunities to glorify Him in our lives and allow His strength to be made perfect in our weaknesses.
