| Introduction | My name is John Carré Buchanan. I live on the charming island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. As the son of expatriate parents and then as a soldier and officer in the British Army I have travelled extensively. Following an accident I was left suffering from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. This left me unable to enjoy my previously active life. The poems I write are part of my on-going mission to reinvent myself, I hope you enjoy them. |
