Introduction John Bauer has 8 years of restaurant experience and 4 years of holistic nutrition experience. He has a BA in Literature and Language Arts from Fontbonne University with a concentration in Computer Science, Business Administration, Philosophy and Math. He also has a BS in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natral Health. Paired with a certificate from Penn Foster Career School in Catering, John has started to create foods that are not normally available to those who want them. He has just finished perfecting 9 jams that have no sugar and low GL's for diabetics and is in the process of working the world's first tasty sugar-free and low GL chocolate brownies and chocolate chip cookie. He is now gaining fame for his sugar free creme pie line.
