IntroductionHalloween night, 1996. I was seven years old. I get home from trick or treating, and on the TV is a scene from a movie where a teenage girl is being strangled to death in a perfectly orchestrated suspense scene. I became glued to the TV screen. The film I was watching was John Carpenter's HALLOWEEN. From then I became a passionate fan of the horror genre, from the works of John Carpenter to George A. Romero. I hunted down every movie in the horror genre - everything from classic films such as "Psycho" and "Night of the Living Dead" to obscure titles such as "My Bloody Valentine" (hence the title of my blog) and "Night of the Creeps." I collect horror memorabilia - books, soundtracks, posters. I've met horror icons such as Betsy Palmer, Tony Todd, Adrienne Barbeau, Danielle Harris, Kane Hodder. I've even written several horror screenplays, and have aspirations to become a filmmaker.
InterestsHorror films, writing, directing (when I get the chance), YouTube, horror documentaries and books, chilling with friends.

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?

Usually the cast and director are the owns who become famous when they make a hit movie or musical. The writer just gains notoriety to get more jobs.
