| Introduction | Initially motivated by my chronically ill daughter whom I’ve watched suffer for years with uncontrollable asthma that didn't respond to the typical medications. I watched her battle during countless epidsodes on life support. I watched as her health continued to deteriorate over the years both due to her condition and the adverse effects of the long term use of steroids and other medications. She went from being an active playful little girl to barely being able to walk from her bedroom to the bathroom. The long term steroids led to glaucoma, osteoporosis, weakness, fatigue, muscle atrophy, mood and hormone disorders and more. I got tired of watching her decline and decided to start researching and doing what I could to help her. During my years of research, I studied holistic remedies, super foods, and even became a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner so that I could work on her.
