| Introduction | I am a very blessed and lucky gal ... I am a wife to Jeff, mama to Jake, John & Molly (the cat), and a certified athletic trainer. In the last couple of years I have made the transition from working full time to stay-at-home mom, and am loving getting to see Jake & John change and grow each day. My family and friends are very important to me - unfortunately we are all spread across the globe.
