| Introduction | I have been working IT helpdesk since 2005 at a university working on personal computers of students living in the dorms. In 2006 I was promoted to Senior Technician at that job. It has been an interesting environment because we have no budget, and we're basically pre-paid so we have the rare leeway to be through. It also presents a lot of computers with horrible viruses to experiment on with new programs (and the collective expertise to fix any problems that arise). |
