| Introduction | I am a fifth year graduate student co-advised by Jim Bull and Claus Wilke at the University of Texas at Austin. I have done various types of research in the field of evolutionary biology. My current approach is to use computational tools in order to ask questions about the potential effect of synonymous mutations, which are often misleadingly thought to have no effect on evolution.
