Hi, My name is Ali Mohamad Noor. I'm a Chef by profession and presently attached at the Culinary Arts and Gastronomy Department, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, University Technology MARA, Malaysia, teaching Culinary Arts and Gastronomy subjects - Eastern and Western Cuisine, Japanese Cuisine, and Food Styling.
