| Introduction | The penguin pictured in the profile is not actually Steve. While he is often a rock hopper, Steve is not actually a rockhopper penguin. Creator of the Palliative Penguin, Steve Dixon claims no medical expertise or credentials, and he is certainly no avian vet. He does have an undergraduate degree in theology from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
