Introduction	Junichi Sugishita grew up in Saitama, Japan. He got his B.A. in Social Psychology from Rikkyo University, Tokyo. During that time he became passionate about environmental education and wildlife and moved to The Republic of Palau. There he worked as a nature guide and project researcher for four years. Later, he got his M.S. in Tropical Conservation Biology & Environmental Science at University Of Hawaii at Hilo. He studied habitat use by Hawaii Amakihi. Liz Donadio was raised in Grass Valley, CA. At a young age her love for leaves and birds was strong. She worked at a landscaper for several years and eventually decided to pursue a B.S. in Wildlife Management & Conservation from Humboldt State University, CA. She's been a field biologist for the past three plus years working mostly with passerines through the U.S. Ryan Murdoff
