Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I hate things close around my neck. It makes me feel like I am choking. I love choker necklaces but hate wearing them. I have to keep running my finger underneath it to make it feel loser. That, and it just makes me hot.
