| Introduction | In 2005 I packed up my kid and what I could fit into my car and drove 3,000 miles from Utah to Florida. Why, you ask? I tell most people that my polygamist father was trying to marry me off to my uncle, and I’m just far too special to be just 1 of 12 wives. So I ran as far as I could to escape the oppression that is Mormon-hood. The truth is…. I just knew there was something here I needed to find. I found it…errr him, actually.
