I would add to your Note 19 a reference to the PS/2 also introducing the VGA Graphics Card and Monitor. I'm admittedly biased because I worked for a chip supplier that provided the Color Palette chip for the original IBM VGA card, but I think the VGA Graphics Card and Monitor were more significant than a mouse.
